In addition to teaching and tutoring for Gerry Grossman Seminars and providing comprehensive writing support to doctoral students, Rebekka Helford, MA, LMFT, offers psychotherapy for adults, youth, couples, and therapists in training at her West Los Angeles and Beverly Hills offices.

Rebekka earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brown University and her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She has trained at the Maple Counseling Center (Beverly Hills, CA), Vista del Mar Child and Family Services (Los Angeles, CA), and Friends of the Family (Van Nuys, CA).
